We are a member of the Private Companies Practice Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. This means, among other things, that our firm satisfactorily completes a tri-annual peer review of our practice to ensure you the highest quality service.

John E. Barraclough, Jr. is Managing Principal and a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the State of New Mexico. He is a member of the New Mexico Society of Certified Public Accountants since 1971, where he served on the board, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. John obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from New Mexico State University in 1966. He is strongly committed to community service and demonstrates this with a variety of activities including being a founding member and board member of the Rotary Club of Santa Fe Centro . In 1997 John was awarded the designation "Diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Accounting" which allows him to testify as an expert witness in various accounting related cases.

Annette Vigil Hayden is a principal with Barraclough & Associates, P.C. Annette is a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the State of New Mexico and a member of both the New Mexico Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She received her Bachelor of Accountancy from New Mexico State University in 1986 and has extensive expertise in the areas of income tax planning and preparation. She is the recipient of the 2008 New Mexico Society of Certified Public Accountants' Community Service Award.

Sandra Shell, CPA/ABV, CVA is also a principal with Barraclough & Associates, P.C. and has over twenty-five years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant. On June 1, 2001, she became a principal of Barraclough & Associates, P.C., responsible for business valuations, tax matters and consulting services. Sandra is active in the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA). She is the recipient of the 2007 New Mexico Society of Certified Public Accountants' Outstanding Member in Public Practice award.
